Laylah Allen specializes in coaching, facilitation, curriculum development, and community organizing. As a Certified Life Purpose & Career Coach, Youth & Teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and published Author, Laylah enjoys guiding individuals and organizations in exploring new paths and acquiring the most effective tools to identify solutions, establish suitable goals and execute innovative plans of action. Laylah is the creator of COPE Network, a social enterprise dedicated to arming youth and their families with tools and resources to ensure that mental health challenges and stigma are no longer a barrier to maintaining overall health. Laylah studied Healthcare Administration at The University of Toledo and MBA (Management) at Ursuline College, making her a proud first-generation college graduate. Laylah currently serves as a board member of YWCA Cleveland, Co-Chair of Education and Engagement of Participatory Budgeting Cleveland, and CEO of The Missing Link, COPE Inc.
