Hello. My name is Conita Whitmire. I am a native of Asheville, NC. I attended Asheville High School, AB Tech, and Blue Ridge Community College. I am currently a member of Black Wall St. I've attended meetings with the Western Women's Business Center to learn more about being a successful minority woman owned entrepreneur.
Wise Woman was formed in 2021. It started when I pursued my passion of writing for personal reasons. As I wrote, I began to see an enhancement with encouraging words on t shirts. I started giving away my creations, then selling them, and I moved on to pop ups. Currently I've done a soft launch at Asheville Mall and Wise Woman is growing. There are 2 collections Wise Woman currently has; Wise Woman and Star Power.. I am looking forward to my newest adventure to enhance Wise Woman. Details will follow soon.
